Job Description
A full-cycle recruiter responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process for roles within the Architecture, Interior Design, and Engineering industry, ensuring a positive candidate experience and collaboration with hiring managers on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned positions, including screening, interviewing, scheduling, and offer coordination
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, and networking to maintain a talent pipeline
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System to organize and streamline recruitment processes
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide updates
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance throughout the recruitment process
- Maintain strong communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience
Requirements
- Minimum of 4 years of recruitment experience, with exposure to full cycle hiring.
- Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes, including resume screening, phone interviews, scheduling, and offer coordination.
- Experience sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and networking to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems, specifically Greenhouse preferred.
- Basic knowledge of sourcing techniques and social media recruiting.
- Ability to manage priorities and work independently with guidance when needed.
- Strong communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills.
