This position is for a receptionist responsible for providing administrative and operational support in a professional office environment, including greeting visitors, managing communications, scheduling, and supporting office operations to ensure a welcoming and efficient workplace.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, staff, and vendors to create a welcoming front-of-house experience
Answer incoming phone calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule appointments and manage conference room bookings
Maintain the reception area and shared office spaces, keeping them tidy and stocked
Monitor and replenish office and kitchen supplies
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages
Provide basic administrative support such as data entry, filing, and internal communications
Support onboarding of new staff and assist with hospitality tasks
Use Microsoft Office and other software to complete routine tasks
Handle confidential information with discretion
Requirements
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required.
Associates degree in relevant field preferred.
Experience working in a professional services firm preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy with work.
Ability to work in a highly collaborative and deadline-driven environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
