A part-time temporary Human Resources Administrative Assistant provides administrative support, assists with onboarding, updates HR documents, and manages various projects, primarily in-office with potential hybrid flexibility, to support the HR team at CannonDesign's Buffalo office.
Key Responsibilities
Create onboarding schedules for new hires and coordinate with business leaders
Support Human Resources with administrative tasks such as memos, employee changes, and record updates
Assist with updates to policies, procedures, job descriptions, and HR documents
Support filing documentation and other project assignments
Requirements
Previous office experience required.
Interest in human resources preferred.
Ability to handle multiple projects with a strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Skillset to work independently, follow up on outstanding items and follow through with tasks.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality is essential.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office required.

Salary range of $20.77 to $25.96 per hour
