Job Description
The Executive Director, Eastern Seaboard will lead the growth and strategic development of the firm's operations in the Eastern Seaboard region, focusing on achieving a minimum of 10% year-over-year growth while championing design excellence and collaboration across multiple offices.
Responsibilities
- •Develop and execute a regional growth plan targeting a minimum of 10% year-over-year growth.
- •Source, build, and advance a high-performing, diverse senior leadership team.
- •Define and implement a strategic business plan focused on regional growth and impact.
- •Identify growth market opportunities and key target clients to increase business volume.
- •Evaluate and address senior talent needs in the region to expand growth potential.
- •Champion best practices in project management, risk management, and financial stewardship.
- •Represent the firm at community events and conferences to support brand and direction.
- •Develop and execute internal communication processes to foster collaboration.
Requirements
- •Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
- •Generally, at least 20 years of related experience or equivalent is required.
- •Experience working in the A E I industry is required.
- •Proven track record of ability to lead and inspire others required.
- •Demonstrate business acumen with a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
- •Demonstrate ownership and accountability.
- •Champion entrepreneurial behavior open to new ideas, innovative concepts, and solutions.
- •Demonstrate optimistic and inclusive leadership of a diverse team.
- •Communicate effectively internally to energize, inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing accountability.
