Job Description
The Executive Director for the Central Region will lead the growth and strategic development of the firm's operations in key cities, focusing on achieving a minimum of 10% year-over-year growth while championing design excellence and collaboration across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional growth plan targeting a minimum of 10% year-over-year growth.
- Source, build, and advance a high-performing, diverse senior leadership team.
- Define and execute a strategic regional growth plan in collaboration with firm leadership.
- Identify growth market opportunities and key target clients to increase business volume.
- Evaluate and address senior talent needs in the region to expand growth potential.
- Lead best practices in project management, risk management, and financial stewardship.
- Represent the firm at community events and conferences to support brand and direction.
- Develop and execute internal communication processes to foster collaboration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
- Generally, at least 20 years of related experience or equivalent is required.
- Experience working in the A E I industry is required.
- Proven track record of ability to lead and inspire others required.
- Demonstrate business acumen with a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.

Compensation/salary range: 250,000 to 275,000 annually
