Job Description

The Executive Director for the Central Region will lead the growth and strategic development of the firm's operations in key cities, focusing on achieving a minimum of 10% year-over-year growth while championing design excellence and collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • •Develop and execute a regional growth plan targeting a minimum of 10% year-over-year growth.
  • •Source, build, and advance a high-performing, diverse senior leadership team.
  • •Define and execute a strategic regional growth plan in collaboration with firm leadership.
  • •Identify growth market opportunities and key target clients to increase business volume.
  • •Evaluate and address senior talent needs in the region to expand growth potential.
  • •Lead best practices in project management, risk management, and financial stewardship.
  • •Represent the firm at community events and conferences to support brand and direction.
  • •Develop and execute internal communication processes to foster collaboration.

Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree is required for this role.
  • •Generally, at least 20 years of related experience or equivalent is required.
  • •Experience working in the A E I industry is required.
  • •Proven track record of ability to lead and inspire others required.
  • •Demonstrate business acumen with a sound approach regarding risk management and mitigation.
  • •As a condition of employment, all employees are expected to complete mandatory training, including compliance training, within required timeframes and adhere to our internal policies and our Code of Conduct.
