This role involves leading client relationships, business development, and team management within the Education Market, focusing on delivering innovative design solutions and fostering long-term partnerships to support the firm's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with client and market leaders to build and maintain strategic long-term client relationships in the Education Market
Lead and engage in client-specific project work to ensure successful project outcomes and foster long-term client relationships
Develop new business opportunities and secure additional services with existing clients to grow revenue
Participate in marketing activities, including proposal preparation and client interviews, to increase firm’s top-line revenue
Lead high-performance project teams to deliver high-quality, innovative design solutions
Understand client business needs and develop comprehensive teams to execute creative solutions
Mentor and develop emerging professionals within the team
Collaborate with leadership to implement business practices, goals, and bottom-line initiatives
Requirements
Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Education Market, preferably working in the Architecture, Engineering, or Interior Design industry.
Bachelor degree in a relevant field.
Current Registration or Licensure in Architecture, Interior Design, or Engineering (preferred).
Expertise in the given discipline area to manage projects and guide client project teams.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Business acumen and proven ability to execute strategy.
Professional acumen and maturity demonstrated by the ability to communicate authentically and respectfully.
Some travel required.
