Job Description
This position involves contributing to architectural design and development within a multidisciplinary team, focusing on conceptual design, visualization, BIM modeling, and project coordination, under the supervision of a Licensed Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to conceptual and architectural design as part of a multi-disciplinary team
- Prepare design presentations, including 3D visualizations and illustrative graphics
- Assist in producing BIM models and related project deliverables
- Coordinate with other disciplines on project development
- Review shop drawing submittals under guidance
- Participate in site visits and project team meetings
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field required.
- Minimum 4 years of related professional experience required.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Experience with one or more real-time rendering and 3D rendering software such as Enscape, Twinmotion, and/or V-Ray required, as demonstrated through a portfolio of past and current visualization work.
- Experience with design, material selection, coordination, and architectural development as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
- Ability to prepare and contribute to design and presentation efforts including 3D design visualizations and other illustrative graphics.
- Ability to contribute to the production of the BIM model and associated deliverables under direction.
- Ability to participate in project coordination with other disciplines.
- Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
- Willingness to review shop drawing submittals with guidance from the Project Architect.
- Willingness to participate in site visits.
- Willingness to attend and actively participate in project team meetings.
- Actively pursuing Architectural Registration in the United States preferred.
- LEED accreditation preferred.
- Some experience in computational design tools such as Grasshopper and Dynamo preferred.
