Job Description
This entry-level architectural position involves supporting the design process through software, model building, documentation, and site visits, under supervision, as part of a multidisciplinary team focused on creating innovative architectural solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design process using software tools like Illustrator, Photoshop, and Sketch-up
- Build physical building models
- Produce architectural documentation under supervision
- Create graphics and images for client presentations
- Assist in product research and building code research
- Participate in review of shop drawings and submittals
- Attend in-house project team meetings
- Visit job sites to verify conditions and observe construction progress
Requirements
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture required by hire date
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential
- Must have strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required
- Proficiency with Revit and Enscape preferred
