Job Description
This internship offers students the opportunity to assist in architectural design, documentation, and modeling under the supervision of a licensed architect, gaining hands-on experience in a collaborative, innovative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the design process using software platforms such as REVIT, Rhino, Sketch-up, Grasshopper, and Adobe Creative Suite
- Build physical building models
- Produce architectural documentation and graphics materials for client presentations
- Assist in product research
- Participate in the review of construction phase documentation
- Attend in-house project team meetings
Requirements
- Must be enrolled in and working toward a Bachelor or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program.
- Strong creative design portfolio is essential.
- Proficiency with Revit and Enscape preferred.
- Proficiency with Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite required.
- Ability to contribute to the design process by utilizing various software platforms including REVIT, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Sketch-up, and Grasshopper.
- Ability to build physical building models.
- Ability to produce architectural documentation.
- Ability to produce graphics materials and images for client presentations.
- Ability to assist in product research.
- Ability to participate in the review of construction phase documentation.
- Ability to attend in-house project team meetings.
- Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects.
