Job Description

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or a related field; 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally covering both Europe and North America
Strong experience sourcing and hiring across multiple functions and levels in an international or matrix organisation
Fluency in English and German is required, additional European language is a plus
Comfortable working across time zones and managing multiple open roles in a fast-paced environment
Experience using HRIS Workday is a plus
Part-time availability of approximately 4 hours per day during European business hours
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across cultures and time zones
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple roles and priorities simultaneously
Proactive, self-directed, and comfortable working with a degree of autonomy
Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential candidate and employee information
