Job Description
CS Powertech is a vertically-integrated manufacturer of ingots, wafers, cells, solar modules (panels) and custom-designed solar power applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, or other equipment.
- Accurately pick, pack, and stage materials for production or shipment.
- Receive incoming shipments and verify against purchase orders or documentation.
- Perform inventory transactions using warehouse management systems (WMS) or handheld scanners.
- Maintain proper material organization and storage locations.
- Conduct cycle counts and assists with inventory audits.
- Ensure materials are labeled, stored, and handled according to company procedures.
- Monitor and replenish stock levels to support operational needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment (5S standards).
- Follow all safety policies, including proper use of PPE and equipment operation.
- Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and other departments.
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or process issues.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives.
- All other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Repeatedly lift up to 50lbs
- Previous warehouse, logistics, or material handling experience preferred.
- Ability to operate or willingness to learn material handling equipment (forklift certification preferred).
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to adhere to instructions and work independently or within a team.
