CS Powertech is a vertically-integrated manufacturer of ingots, wafers, cells, solar modules (panels) and custom-designed solar power applications.

Conduct thorough industrial hygiene assessments focused on chemical hazards, including airborne contaminants, toxic substances, and chemical handling processes in manufacturing settings.
Perform air sampling, noise monitoring, and other exposure assessments using specialized equipment to evaluate employee exposure levels.
Analyze industrial hygiene data to identify potential health risks and develop effective control strategies such as engineering controls, administrative policies, and PPE recommendations.
Develop, implement, and manage chemical safety programs, including Hazard Communication, Chemical Hygiene Plans, and exposure control plans.
Ensure compliance with OSHA’s Hazard Communication Standard (HAZCOM), Process Safety Management (PSM), and other relevant regulations pertaining to hazardous chemicals.
Collaborate with EHS, production, and management teams to integrate industrial hygiene practices into daily operations.
Lead incident investigations related to chemical exposures and recommend corrective and preventive measures.
Conduct employee training on chemical hazards, safe handling procedures, and emergency response protocols.
Stay current with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices related to chemical safety and industrial hygiene.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or related field.
At least 5 years of experience in industrial hygiene within a manufacturing environment involving hazardous chemicals.
Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
Extensive knowledge of OSHA regulations, including HazCom, PSM, and other chemical safety standards.
Proficiency with industrial hygiene monitoring equipment and software for data collection and analysis.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and lead initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
