A Scheduler responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for energy facilities, coordinating with various teams, and utilizing Primavera P6 and other software tools to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain schedules for capital and maintenance projects, outages, reliability initiatives, and turnarounds.
Control and monitor project schedules through effective communication with various stakeholders.
Perform resource loading, leveling, and data analysis for project schedules.
Provide project schedule updates to the project team.
Perform estimating responsibilities related to project scheduling.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Energy Engineering or related field
At least 3 years of experience with engineering project scheduling management for Energy, Oil, Gas, or Nuclear facilities
Experience with Primavera P6 project management software
Experience with Aspen In Plant Cost Estimator financial planning software
Experience managing projects valued greater than 10 million dollars Total Installed Cost (TIC)
Ability to develop import tasking into project schedules using financial or planning software
Drug, alcohol test, and background check required
Willingness to travel to local facilities 3 days per week
