Job Description

The Electrical Engineer will focus on field evaluations, analysis, design, and support of electrical power distribution systems for industrial plants, working on infrastructure projects and collaborating with clients and contractors to ensure successful project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct field evaluations of electrical power distribution systems
Develop calculations, repair drawings, and scope of work packages
Participate in client and contractor meetings and oversee report writing
Provide technical support during field execution and outage projects
Assist with constructability planning, proposals, and estimates for power distribution systems

Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering
Typically 0 to 2 years of experience in electrical engineering
Knowledge of Electrical Engineering codes, Arc Flash preferred
E.I.T. licensure
Must possess physical mobility on the ground and at heights
Ability to pick up, lift, carry, and move up to 50 lbs.
Ability to work at heights, climb ladders and stairways, and occasionally work off platforms and scaffolding using the appropriate and required fall protection
Ability to work in all weather conditions including heat, rain, cold, and wind while wearing the appropriate PPE
Must be able to position oneself to work in confined spaces
Must meet client-specific site requirements prior to deployment on field assignments
Must adhere to a client’s random drug testing program prior to entering their site
Must meet a client’s facial hair safety policy prior to entering their site
