Job Description

The job involves serving as the primary on-site project manager for geothermal construction projects, overseeing drilling operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, budgets, and timelines.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary on-site project manager for drilling operations and subcontractor activities.
  • Enforce and enhance safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines for successful project completion.
  • Engage in ground-up construction, particularly during the foundation phase.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in contract management.
  • Liaise with general contractors and address their requirements.
  • Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and construction teams to meet project goals.
  • Participate in meetings regarding submittals, shop drawings, and project-related matters.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
  • Ability to travel to various locations as required by the job.
  • Must have SST card.
  • Proven experience in managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
  • Strong understanding of safety regulations, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
  • This is a safety sensitive position.

  • Travel Required up to 85% within the Northeast.
  • Expected to work a minimum of thirty (30) hours each week to maintain full-time status for benefits purposes, with an average of forty (40) hours required.

Benefits

  • Compensation/salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
  • Work schedule: Minimum of 30 hours per week, averaging 40 hours with overtime required
