Job Description
The job involves serving as the primary on-site project manager for geothermal construction projects, overseeing drilling operations, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols, budgets, and timelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary on-site project manager for drilling operations and subcontractor activities.
- Enforce and enhance safety protocols to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage project budgets, schedules, and timelines for successful project completion.
- Engage in ground-up construction, particularly during the foundation phase.
- Demonstrate proficiency in contract management.
- Liaise with general contractors and address their requirements.
- Collaborate with site supervisors, project managers, and construction teams to meet project goals.
- Participate in meetings regarding submittals, shop drawings, and project-related matters.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in construction management.
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field.
- Own reliable vehicle and valid driver's license.
- Ability to travel to various locations as required by the job.
- Must have SST card.
- Proven experience in managing ground-up commercial construction projects.
- Strong understanding of safety regulations, budgeting, scheduling, and contract management.
- This is a safety sensitive position.

- Travel Required up to 85% within the Northeast.
- Expected to work a minimum of thirty (30) hours each week to maintain full-time status for benefits purposes, with an average of forty (40) hours required.
Benefits & Perks
Compensation/salary range: $90,000 - $110,000
Work schedule: Minimum of 30 hours per week, averaging 40 hours with overtime required
