Job Description
A summer internship program offering hands-on experience in the construction industry across various departments such as strategy, marketing, human resources, and management, aimed at developing business and interpersonal skills for motivated students interested in future careers in construction.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in impactful projects across various departments such as Strategy, Marketing, Management in Training, or Human Resources.
- Develop business, interpersonal, and career skills through hands-on experience.
- Collaborate with managers to support departmental initiatives and projects.
- Engage in training and development activities to prepare for career advancement.
Requirements
- Candidates must be students who are eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
- Candidates must be highly motivated and self-driven.
- Candidates must be interested in working in the construction industry after graduation.
- Candidates must be available for a full-time onsite internship in Indianapolis for 8 to 10 weeks during Summer 2026.
