Job Description
A summer internship position offering hands-on experience in the construction industry, where interns can work in various departments such as strategy, marketing, management training, or human resources, and develop business and interpersonal skills while contributing to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in impactful projects across various departments such as Strategy, Marketing, Management in Training, or Human Resources.
- Develop business, interpersonal, and career skills through hands-on experience.
- Collaborate with managers to support departmental objectives and initiatives.
Requirements
- Students must be eligible to work in the US without restrictions.
- Candidates must be highly motivated and self-driven.
- Candidates must be interested in working in the construction industry after graduation.
- Candidates must be available to participate in an 8 to 10 week full-time onsite summer internship in Indianapolis.
- Candidates must be enrolled as students and able to commit to the full duration of the internship.
- Candidates must be able to participate in impactful projects in various departments including Strategy, Marketing, Management in Training, or Human Resources.
- Candidates must be willing to develop business skills, interpersonal skills, and career development during the internship.
