Job Description
A summer internship position offering hands-on experience in the construction industry, where interns can work across various departments such as strategy, marketing, management training, or human resources, and develop business and interpersonal skills while contributing to impactful projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in impactful projects across various departments such as Strategy, Marketing, Management in Training, or Human Resources.
- Develop business, interpersonal, and career skills through hands-on experience.
- Collaborate with managers to support departmental goals and initiatives.
- Engage in training and development activities to prepare for career advancement in the construction industry.
Requirements
- Students must be eligible to work in the United States without restrictions.
- Candidates must be highly motivated and self-driven.
- Candidates must be interested in working in the construction industry after graduation.
- Candidates must be available to participate in an 8 to 10 week full-time onsite summer internship in Indianapolis.
- Candidates must be enrolled in a program that qualifies them for a summer internship in 2026.
