Job Description
A Service Manager in the Commercial Roofing Division responsible for overseeing low-slope roofing projects, managing staff, engaging with customers, coordinating materials, and ensuring quality control to support sales and business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with customers, including business-owners and homeowners, to initiate jobs and conduct sales and business transactions
- Manage and oversee staff involved in commercial roofing projects
- Order or pick up all materials required for each roofing job
- Perform quality control inspections on all completed jobs
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure customer service excellence
Requirements
- Experience in low-slope commercial roofing
- Managing staff in a commercial roofing environment
- Meeting with business-owners and homeowners regularly to conduct sales and business transactions
- A customer service focus in their work and the ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to start all jobs by meeting with the customer business-owner
- Ability to pick up or order all materials required for each job
- Performing quality control on all jobs
