Job Description
A Service Manager in the Commercial Roofing Division responsible for managing staff, coordinating sales and business transactions with customers, overseeing job start-up and material procurement, and ensuring quality control on all projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff within the Commercial Roofing Division
- Meet with business owners and homeowners to conduct sales and business transactions
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure customer service excellence
- Initiate all jobs by meeting with the customer business owner
- Order or pick up all materials required for each job
- Perform quality control on all completed jobs
Requirements
- Experience managing staff in a commercial roofing environment
- Experience meeting with business-owners and homeowners regularly to conduct sales and business transactions
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Customer service focus in work
- Ability to start all jobs by meeting with the customer business-owner
- Ability to pick up or order all materials required for each job
- Ability to perform quality control on all jobs
