Job Description
A Service Manager in the Commercial Roofing Division responsible for managing staff, engaging with customers, overseeing sales and transactions, coordinating materials, and ensuring quality control on roofing projects in Indianapolis, IN.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage staff and oversee daily operations of the Commercial Roofing Division
- Meet with business owners and homeowners to conduct sales and business transactions
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
- Initiate all jobs by meeting with the customer and assessing project requirements
- Order or pick up all materials needed for each roofing job
- Perform quality control inspections on all completed jobs
Requirements
- Experience managing staff in a commercial roofing environment
- Experience meeting with business-owners and homeowners regularly to conduct sales and business transactions
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Customer service focus in work activities
- Ability to start all jobs by meeting with the customer business-owner
- Ability to pick up or order all materials required for each job
- Ability to perform quality control on all jobs
