Job Description
A Sales Representative in the Roofing Division responsible for expanding the customer base by building strong relationships, utilizing an industry-leading sales system, and providing excellent customer service, with comprehensive training and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the customer base through sales activities
- Utilize the company's sales system and tools, including provided leads
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
Requirements
- Must be an authentic individual willing to help Bring Peace of Mind to customers around the Fort Collins, Colorado area.
- Must play a vital role in expanding the customer base for the Bone Dry Roofing Division.
- Must be willing to participate in and complete the company's industry leading sales training program, as industry experience is not required and training will be provided.
- Must be able to utilize the tools provided by the company, including leads, to succeed in sales activities.
- Must be able to build strong relationships with customers and demonstrate a collaborative spirit.
- Must be committed to the company's values of exceptional craftsmanship and unwavering customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and contribute to a supportive and family-like company culture.
