Job Description
A Sales Representative in the Roofing Division responsible for expanding the customer base, building strong relationships, and providing excellent customer service, with comprehensive training and career development opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Expand the customer base through sales activities
- Utilize the company's industry-leading sales system and tools, including provided leads
- Build strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Participate in training programs to develop sales skills and product knowledge
Requirements
- Must be an authentic individual willing to help Bring Peace of Mind to customers around the Fort Collins, Colorado area.
- Must play a vital role in expanding the customer base for the Bone Dry Roofing Division.
- Must be willing to participate in and complete the company's industry leading sales training program, as industry experience is not required and training will be provided.
- Must be able to utilize the tools provided by the company, including leads, to succeed in sales.
- Must be able to build strong relationships with customers and create a supportive environment.
- Must demonstrate a commitment to exceptional craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
- Must be able to work collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be willing to start in a sales role with potential for career advancement, with training provided for career development.
