Job Description
A Sales Representative role focused on servicing repairs and masonry customers in the Indianapolis area, providing leads, a company vehicle, and training in an industry-leading sales system, with no prior experience required.
Key Responsibilities
- Service repairs and masonry customers in designated areas
- Utilize company-provided leads and industry-leading sales system
- Drive a company vehicle and manage fuel expenses
- Develop customer relationships and provide sales consultations
- Participate in training to learn sales techniques and product knowledge
Requirements
- Must be willing to service repairs and masonry customers around the Southside of Indianapolis and Greenwood area.
- Must be able to operate a company vehicle, as Bone Dry Roofing supplies a company vehicle and fuel.
- Must be able to work with all provided leads; no requirement for prior industry experience as training will be provided.
- Must be trainable and willing to learn the Industry Leading Sales System and all tools provided to succeed.
- Must be able to perform sales duties related to residential roofing and repairs.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and adhere to company standards of respect for homeowners and their property.
