Requirements

- Must be trained and certified in their task at hand (implying a requirement for relevant training and certification).
- Must have the ability to work in a team environment with a focus on camaraderie and respect for homeowners and their property.
- Must be able to utilize the provided company vehicle and fuel for work-related travel.
- Must be able to effectively use the Industry Leading Sales System and Hot Leads provided by the company.
- Must demonstrate a willingness to learn and develop skills through provided training and development programs.
