Job Description
The Sales Representative Masonry at Bone Dry Roofing is responsible for meeting with homeowners to recommend solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs, utilizing the company's sales system and tools to build strong customer relationships and drive sales in the home improvement industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to discuss and recommend solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
- Utilize the company's sales system and tools, including provided leads, to generate and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and foster repeat business.
Requirements
- Meet with homeowners to help guide them through solutions for new roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
- Be introduced to and utilize the company's Industry Leading Sales System, including all provided tools and leads.
- Possess the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Demonstrate a commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Participate in training and development programs provided by the employer.
- Be willing to start in a role such as production apprentice, technician, administration, customer service, or sales, with the potential for career advancement.
