Job Description
A sales role focused on meeting with homeowners to provide solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs, supported by comprehensive training and a proven sales system, with opportunities for career growth within the Indianapolis area.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to discuss solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs
- Guide homeowners through the sales process using the Bone Dry WE CARE system
- Provide training and support to ensure successful sales performance
Requirements
- Meet with homeowners to help guide them through solutions for new roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
- Have a customer service background or be interested in a career change to sales.
- Be fully trained and supported through the Bone Dry WE CARE sales system, which is an industry-leading sales system.
- Be willing to undergo training and development provided by the employer.
- Be located in or willing to work in the Indianapolis area, specifically at Bone Dry Roofing offices on the Northside and Southside of Indianapolis.
- Be able to work in a sales role involving face-to-face meetings with homeowners to provide solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
