Job Description
A sales role focused on meeting with homeowners to provide solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs, supported by industry-leading training and systems to ensure success and career growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to discuss solutions for roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs
- Guide homeowners through the sales process using the Bone Dry WE CARE system
- Participate in training and support programs to develop sales skills
Requirements
- Meet with homeowners to help guide them through solutions for new roofing, gutters, insulation, and repairs.
- Have a customer service background or be interested in a career change to sales.
- Be willing to be fully trained and supported in the Bone Dry WE CARE sales system.
- Be located in or willing to work in the Indianapolis area, specifically in the Northside and Southside of Indianapolis.
