Job Description
A Commercial Sales Representative responsible for servicing commercial customers, estimating project costs, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and driving revenue growth for Bone Dry Roofing in the Indianapolis area.
Key Responsibilities
- Estimate project costs and prepare proposals for clients
- Identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
- Negotiate contracts with commercial clients
- Represent Bone Dry professionally and provide tailored solutions to customers
Requirements
- Experience in commercial sales, including estimating project costs, preparing proposals, and closing deals with clients
- Ability to combine analytical skills with sales expertise to effectively service commercial customers
- Proven ability to identify sales opportunities, negotiate contracts, and deliver tailored solutions to clients
- Professional representation of Bone Dry Roofing with the utmost professionalism and care
- Willingness to serve the Indianapolis, Indiana area and travel as needed to service commercial customers
