Job Description
A Sales Representative at Bone Dry Roofing is responsible for generating sales and bringing peace of mind to customers in the Fort Wayne area by utilizing company-provided leads, tools, and training to succeed in the residential roofing market.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads and convert them into customers
- Utilize the company's sales system and tools to close sales
- Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with clients
- Attend training sessions and ride-along coaching to improve sales skills
- Represent Bone Dry Roofing professionally in the Fort Wayne market
Requirements
- Proven track record in sales with a results-driven approach
- Ability to effectively utilize a company vehicle and fuel provided by the employer
- Willingness to be introduced to and use the company's Industry Leading Sales System and Hot Leads
- Ability to succeed in the Fort Wayne, Indiana market
- Willingness to participate in training programs including ride-along coaching
- Ability to build relationships with homeowners and demonstrate respect for their property
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and team members
