Job Description
A Roofing Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing roofing projects, ensuring quality work is done correctly the first time, and leading a team through training and coaching within a family-oriented roofing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to team members, including ride-alongs
- Ensure proper execution of roofing tasks according to company standards
- Maintain respect for homeowners and their property during projects
- Promote safety and adherence to safety protocols on job sites
- Coordinate with team members to meet project deadlines and goals
Requirements
- Must be a take charge type who likes things to be done right the first time.
- Must have experience supervising roofing production or a similar role in the roofing industry.
- Must be willing to participate in training programs including ride along coaching.
- Must have the ability to set up and lead roofing crews effectively.
- Must demonstrate respect for homeowners and their property.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and help others succeed.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Must be able to uphold company values and standards of quality and safety.
