Job Description
A Roofing Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing roofing projects, ensuring quality work is done correctly the first time, and leading a team through training and coaching within a family-oriented roofing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to team members, including ride-along supervision
- Ensure proper execution of roofing tasks according to company standards and safety protocols
Requirements
- Must be a take charge type and have a strong desire to ensure tasks are done right the first time.
- Must have experience supervising roofing production or similar construction projects.
- Must be able to lead and coach team members, including ride along coaching and training.
- Must have respect for homeowners and their property, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
- Must be willing to participate in training and certification programs related to roofing tasks.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team within a family-owned and operated company environment.
- Must demonstrate good communication skills to coordinate with team members and clients.
- Must be committed to safety standards and quality workmanship in roofing projects.
- Must have physical ability to perform roofing supervision tasks, including working outdoors and on rooftops, which may involve lifting, climbing, and standing for extended periods.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
