Job Description
A Roofing Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing roofing projects, ensuring quality work is done correctly the first time, and leading a team through training and coaching within a family-oriented roofing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to team members, including ride-along supervision
- Ensure proper execution of roofing tasks according to company standards and safety protocols
Requirements
- Must be a take charge type and have the ability to ensure tasks are done right the first time.
- Must be willing to participate in training programs including ride along coaching.
- Must have the ability to supervise roofing production activities and team members.
- Must have respect for homeowners and their property, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team within a family-owned and operated company environment.
- Must be able to follow company values and traits learned over decades of experience in roofing.
- Must be able to build a career within the roofing industry, starting from production roles such as apprentice or technician, with potential for career advancement.
- Must be willing to work in residential roofing environments and adhere to safety and quality standards.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, capable of performing roofing tasks as required.
