Job Description
A Roofing Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing roofing projects, ensuring quality work is done right the first time, and leading a team through training and coaching within a family-oriented roofing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to team members through ride-alongs
- Ensure proper execution of roofing tasks according to company standards
- Maintain respect for homeowners and their property during projects
- Promote safety and adherence to safety protocols on job sites
- Support team members in meeting project deadlines and goals
Requirements
- Must be a take charge type who likes things to be done right the first time.
- Must be willing to participate in training including ride along coaching.
- Must have the ability to supervise roofing production activities.
- Must have the ability to work effectively with a team and help others.
- Must demonstrate respect for homeowners and their property.
- Must be able to build a career within the company, starting from a production role or other entry-level position.
- Must be able to follow company values and standards learned over three decades of experience.
- Must be able to work in a residential roofing environment, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
