Job Description
A Roofing Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing roofing projects, ensuring quality work is done correctly the first time, and leading a team through training and coaching within a family-oriented roofing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to team members, including ride-along supervision
- Ensure proper execution of roofing tasks according to company standards and safety protocols
Requirements
- Must be a take charge type and have a strong commitment to ensuring tasks are done right the first time.
- Must be willing to participate in training programs, including ride along coaching, to develop skills and knowledge.
- Must have the ability to supervise roofing production teams and ensure quality workmanship.
- Must have respect for homeowners and their property, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team within a family-owned and operated company environment.
- Must be willing to learn and be certified in roofing tasks as part of training and development programs.
- Must demonstrate a strong work ethic and the ability to help build a positive team culture.
- Must be able to follow company values and guidelines to promote safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
