Job Description
A Roofing Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing roofing projects, ensuring quality work is done right the first time, and leading a team through training and coaching within a family-oriented roofing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to team members, including ride-along supervision
- Ensure proper execution of roofing tasks according to company standards and safety protocols
Requirements
- Must be a take charge type and have a strong desire to ensure tasks are done right the first time.
- Must have experience in roofing supervision or a related field, with the ability to lead and manage roofing crews effectively.
- Must be willing to participate in training programs, including ride along coaching, to develop skills and knowledge related to roofing supervision.
- Must demonstrate respect for homeowners and their property, adhering to company standards and values.
- Must be able to work in a team environment, supporting camaraderie and collaboration among team members.
- Must be able to build a career within the company, with a willingness to learn and advance through provided training and development opportunities.
