Job Description
A Roofing Supervisor responsible for overseeing roofing projects, ensuring quality work is done correctly the first time, and leading a team through training and coaching within a family-oriented roofing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to team members, including ride-along supervision
- Ensure proper execution of roofing projects according to company standards and customer expectations
Requirements
- Must be a take charge type and have a strong desire to ensure tasks are done right the first time.
- Must be able to lead and supervise roofing crews effectively.
- Must have experience in roofing production supervision or a similar role.
- Must be willing to participate in training programs, including ride along coaching, to develop skills.
- Must demonstrate respect for homeowners and their property, adhering to company values.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and help others as part of a family-owned company culture.
