Job Description
A Roofing Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing roofing projects, ensuring quality work is done correctly the first time, and leading a team through training and coaching within a family-oriented roofing company.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Train and coach team members through ride-alongs and ongoing development
- Ensure proper execution of roofing tasks according to company standards and safety protocols
- Maintain respect for homeowner property and uphold customer service standards
- Coordinate project schedules and resources to meet deadlines
- Monitor work quality and address issues promptly to ensure first-time right completion
Requirements
- Must be a take charge type who likes things to be done right the first time.
- Must be willing to participate in training including ride along coaching.
- Must have the ability to supervise roofing production activities and ensure quality work.
- Must have experience or ability to lead and manage a roofing crew effectively.
- Must demonstrate respect for homeowners and their property.
- Must be able to work in a team environment and help other team members.
- Must be able to work in a residential roofing environment, understanding safety and quality standards.
- Must be able to communicate effectively with team members and customers.
- Must be physically capable of performing roofing tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (implied by supervisory role involving site visits).
