A Roofing Service Technician at Bone Dry Roofing is responsible for delivering high-quality roofing craftsmanship, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting career growth within a team-oriented environment, whether starting as an apprentice or experienced professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform roofing installation, repair, and maintenance tasks.
- Ensure high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards.
- Provide exceptional customer service during roofing projects.
- Participate in training and development programs for skill enhancement.
- Assist in the preparation and cleanup of job sites.
Requirements
- Motivated and reliable individuals who are ready to grow with a company that values hard work, accountability, and long-term success
- Ability to begin in production as an apprentice or technician, or in administration, customer service, or sales, with the willingness to undergo training and development leading to career advancement
- Willingness to work in residential and commercial roofing environments
- Ability to perform high-quality craftsmanship and deliver exceptional customer service
- Ability to work as part of a team in a team-first culture
- Ability to take pride in work and be driven to succeed
- Ability to follow safety protocols and procedures in roofing work
- Ability to work in physically demanding conditions typical of roofing work, including lifting, climbing, and working at heights (implied by roofing technician role)
