Job Description
A Roofing Production Supervisor responsible for overseeing roofing projects, ensuring quality work, and leading a team within a family-oriented company that values training, safety, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Provide training and coaching to production team members
- Ensure safety protocols and standards are followed on job sites
- Coordinate with crews and manage workflow to meet project deadlines
- Maintain quality control and inspect completed work for compliance
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, team members, and management
Requirements
- Must be a take charge type and have a strong commitment to doing things right the first time.
- Must be willing to participate in training including ride along coaching to develop skills and knowledge.
- Must have the ability to supervise roofing production activities and ensure quality work.
- Must have respect for homeowners and their property, demonstrating professionalism and integrity.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a team within a family-owned and operated company environment.
- Must be willing to learn and be trained in tasks related to roofing production, certification in relevant tasks is preferred.
- Must be committed to safety and quality standards in residential roofing projects.
- Must be able to follow company policies and procedures related to roofing installation and customer service.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, handling roofing materials and equipment as required.
- Must be willing to work in the Midwest region or locations served by Bone Dry Roofing.
