Job Description
The Roofing Production Supervisor oversees roofing projects, ensuring quality and efficiency, while leading and training a team in a family-oriented company committed to customer satisfaction and proper craftsmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise roofing production activities to ensure quality and efficiency
- Train and certify crew members in their tasks
- Coach team members through ride-alongs and on-the-job training
- Ensure respect for homeowners and their property during roofing projects
- Maintain safety standards and proper work procedures on-site
- Coordinate resources and materials for roofing projects
- Ensure projects are completed correctly the first time
Requirements
- Must be a take charge individual who is proactive and able to lead a team effectively.
- Must have a strong commitment to ensuring work is done right the first time.
- Must be willing to participate in training programs, including ride along coaching, to develop skills and knowledge.
- Must have the ability to supervise roofing production activities and ensure quality standards are met.
- Must demonstrate respect for homeowners and their property during roofing projects.
- Must be able to work effectively as part of a family-owned and operated team environment.
- Must be trained and certified in their specific task at hand (implying a requirement for relevant training or certification).
