Job Description
The Roofing Field Supervisor oversees roofing projects such as repairs and rebuilds in the Fort Collins area, providing excellent customer service and managing job completion, with compensation based on commissions from completed projects.

Requirements

- Willingness to work in a field-based role, including physical activity related to roofing projects.
- Ability to work with work trucks and fuel provided by Bone Dry, indicating the need for a valid driver's license and safe driving record.
- Experience or ability to supervise roofing projects and coordinate work crews effectively.
- Willingness to work on a commission-based pay structure, earning a percentage of the projects completed.
- Availability to start immediately and begin a career path within the company, with potential for career advancement through training and development.
