- Willingness to participate in training provided by Bone Dry Roofing, regardless of prior experience.
- Possession of the physical ability to perform repair tasks related to roofing, siding, gutter, and masonry work.
- Availability to work with provided work trucks and fuel for job assignments.
- Ability to work as part of a team to complete repair jobs effectively and efficiently.
