Requirements
- Experience in completing roofing, siding, gutter, and masonry repairs for customers, demonstrating the ability to perform a variety of repair jobs.
- Willingness to undergo training provided by Bone Dry Roofing to develop skills necessary for the repair technician role.
- Ability to work with provided work trucks and fuel for job assignments.
- Possession of skills related to roofing, siding, gutter, and masonry repairs, or the ability to learn these skills through training.
- Ability to work in a team environment and provide exceptional service to customers.
- Physical ability to perform repair tasks which may include lifting, climbing, and working at heights, as typical for roofing and masonry work.
