Job Description
A Production Supervisor at Bone Dry Roofing oversees the roofing installation process, manages crew members, ensures quality standards are met, and contributes to the company's growth and customer satisfaction through effective team leadership.

Requirements
- Must have the ability to supervise production activities and team members effectively.
- Must have experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a roofing or construction environment.
- Must possess strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, customers, and management.
- Must be able to train and certify crew members as required.
- Must be able to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, lifting, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Must be able to pass any required background checks or drug screenings as part of the employment process.
