Job Description
The Manager In Training program at Bone Dry Roofing is designed to fast track your career in management by providing hands-on experience and comprehensive training across various functional departments over a 12-18 month period, preparing you for a managerial role within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Gain hands-on experience in management and trade disciplines
- Prepare for day-to-day operations of a management position
- Gain exposure to functional departments including Customer Service, Sales, Operations, Roofing, Masonry, Interior, Exterior, Gutters, and Solar
Requirements
- Completion of the Bone Dry trainee management program lasting 12-18 months.
- Ability to handle the day-to-day operations of a management position within one of the market locations upon successful completion of the program.
- Exposure to all functional departments including Customer Service, Sales, Operations Roofing, Masonry, Interior, Exterior, Gutters, and Solar.
- Possession of high integrity and a strong work ethic.
