Installation Technician

• Install and support residential and commercial solar systems on job sites • Assist with mounting, wiring, and testing solar equipment • Travel between local work sites using a company-provided vehicle • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment • Follow company procedures and safety standards on all solar projects • Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and professionally • Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams while representing the company positively

• 1-2 years of solar experience required • Valid driver’s license required • High school diploma or equivalent • Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
