Key Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site roof and attic inspections for assessments to determine customer needs
- Meet with homeowners and present tailored solutions
- Guide customers through the sales process with clarity and professionalism
- Build trust through consistent and reliable customer service
- Run leads provided daily
- Manage appointments and follow up to ensure strong customer service outcomes
- Follow up with past customers
- Keep in contact with current customers
- Work alongside the production team to ensure they are able to complete projects you have sold
- Maintain a high level of communication and organization as a Sales Representative while represent G &W Roofing (part of the Bone Dry Roofing family) while providing our customers with respect, honesty and the highest level of customer service
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to climb ladders and work at heights
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong communication skills and commitment to customer service
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a field environment
- Daily travel in the home market
- Military service is a plus
- Industry experience is not required - we will train !
