The General Manager at Bone Dry Roofing will lead a new team, fostering a supportive work environment while driving customer service excellence and achieving sales and profit targets for a new market location opening in early 2025.

Requirements
- Experience in a managerial role, specifically in a leadership capacity within the roofing or construction industry.
- Ability to drive exceptional customer service and achieve sales and profit targets.
- Participation in 5 to 6 months of training, with the majority held in Indianapolis, IN, prior to the opening of the new location.
- Demonstrated values of teamwork, empathy, and accountability.
- Willingness to work at a new location opening in early 2025 in the Southeast, United States.
