Job Description
As a Field Supervisor: Interiors, Exteriors, and Gutters (IEG) , you will supervise day-to-day field operations and oversee residential interior, exterior, and gutter projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise interior restoration, exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, gutter, soffit, fascia, and related construction projects.
- Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities.
- Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met.
- Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed
- Look for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc.
- Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations
- Daily travel in the home market
- Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- 1-3 Years of experience in interiors, exteriors, or gutters preferred
- Ability to work overtime as needed
- Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
