Field Supervisor: Interiors, Exteriors, and Gutters

• Supervise interior restoration, exterior remodeling, roofing, siding, gutter, soffit, fascia, and related construction projects. • Schedule and coordinate crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and jobsite activities. • Monitor project progress to ensure deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are consistently met. • Prepare and collect invoices once the job is completed • Look for other necessary repairs, i.e, roofing, gutters, etc. • Inspect work for quality and compliance with company standards and local regulations • Daily travel in the home market • Mentor and train crew members, promoting skill development and team cohesion

• High School Diploma or equivalent • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record • 1-3 Years of experience in interiors, exteriors, or gutters preferred • Ability to work overtime as needed • Ability to work two Saturdays per month during peak season
