Job Description
A Field Project Foreman in the roofing division responsible for managing job start-ups, coordinating with homeowners, overseeing material pickup, ensuring quality control, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners to conduct sales and start jobs
- Pick up materials required for roofing jobs
- Perform quality control on all completed jobs
- Interact professionally with customers to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements
- Experience meeting with homeowners regularly to conduct sales and business transactions
- Ability to interact professionally with customers
- Ability to start all jobs by meeting with the homeowner
- Ability to pick up materials for jobs
